"Hi, I'm Anna and I'm a local Christchurch Artist. I draw native birds, because what better inspirationfor art than New Zealand's wonderful wildlife? I love going for hikes into the mountains and hearing birdsong. These beautiful native birds an absolute pleasure to draw. I love to highlight patterns in their feathers by layering different textures of brush strokes. I hope my art illustrates the birds beauty! This print has very expressive textures, to accentuate the different colours of the feathers. This is an adorable little bird that deserves full appreciation!

The Piwakawaka, or Fantail, has a very cool toned colour palette, but that doesn't make it any less impressive! The tone of this piece is complimented by the light pink of the manuka flowers.

Comes in either Black, Natural or White.
